KNOXVILLE, TN – September 2, 2008 – IdleAire, Inc., comprised of six investment management companies, now owns essentially all of the bankrupt IdleAire Technologies Corp.’s assets with the official closing late Friday on their successful $17.5 million bid submitted earlier this year.

IdleAire Opens Two New Locations, Drivers Set New Monthly Usage Milestone
DALLAS, Texas - August 23, 2007 - IdleAire Technologies Corporation (IdleAire) announced today at the Great American Trucking Show (GATS) the opening of two new locations, the 125th and 126th in their network, and that drivers set a new usage record of the company's ATE Advanced Travel Center Electrification® system of 1.7 million hours for the month of July. IdleAire COO Lynn Youngs said cumulative driver usage was now approaching 20 million hours.


100th IdleAire Location Opens in Illinois
IdleAire Technologies Corporation opened the 100th Advanced Truckstop Electrification (ATE®) location in the nation today. The milestone site, the sixth location in Illinois, is at the Bloomington TravelCenters of America (TA) at Exit 160A on the heavily traveled I-55 corridor.


IdleAire Truck Stop Technology Saves 10 Million Gallons of Diesel, Eliminates 233 Million Pounds of Emissions from Long-Haul Trucks
This past Thanksgiving weekend, people in 26 states were breathing cleaner air, communities in these states were quieter places to live, long-haul truck fleets across the country had saved millions of dollars and thousands of truck drivers were getting better rest and breathing healthier air, all thanks to a new technology being installed in truck stops around the country. As of Tuesday, June 13, 2006 IdleAire had 1,830 equipped spaces in 30 locations, with an additional 315 spaces expected to be activated over the next 7-10 days at five locations in Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania and California. In July IdleAire expects to begin opening five new sites a week on a regular basis.


New IdleAire Installation Brings Cleaner Air, Fuel Savings to North Little Rock
NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas. The installation of IdleAire Technologies' patented, award-winning Advanced Truckstop Electrification (ATE®) technology in one of this city's largest truck stops is designed to eliminate 3,000 metric tons of diesel emissions or more each year, conserve over 284,000 gallons of diesel annually and has already created a dozen or so new jobs. The installation has already eliminated an estimated 97 metric tons of diesel emissions and saved over 9,000 gallons of diesel.


IdleAire Opens 4 New Sites
IdleAire has opened the first four of approximately 210 new locations planned by the end of first quarter 2007, has 10 more currently under construction and will open seven new locations in May. The company says it expects to be operating 50 locations by the end of June.


IdleAire Begins First Wave of Installations in Large-Scale Deployment Announced in January
Installation of IdleAire's Advanced Truckstop Electrification (ATE)® system is underway at two new locations, the Pilot Travel Center in Laredo, Texas, and the TravelCenters of America (TA) in New Braunfels, Texas. They are the first two of approximately 210 new locations the company expects to deploy in some 35 states over the next 15 months.
