KNOXVILLE, TENN – January 30, 2008 -- Tom Badgett, IdleAire Technologies Corporation’s (“IdleAire”) chief information officer (CIO), secretary and company co-founder, announced his retirement on January 29. He will continue to be available to assist in the transition on a day-to-day basis until April 14.


IdleAire Announces Successful Completion of Consent Solicitation For Its 13% Senior Discount Notes Due 2012 and Related Warrants
On September 17, 2007, IdleAire Technologies Corporation (IdleAire), the leading provider of ATE Advanced Travel Center Electrification® ("ATE") services to the heavy-duty trucking industry, commenced a solicitation of consents from holders of its $320 million 13% Senior Discount Notes Due 2012 (the "Notes") and 320,000 Warrants to Purchase Common Stock (the "Warrants") to amend certain provisions of an indenture dated December 30, 2005 and certain warrant agreement, dated December 30, 2005. IdleAire announced today the successful completion of the above-said consent solicitation from holders of both the Notes and the Warrants. All conditions to the acceptance of such consents were satisfied. On September 17, 2007, IdleAire entered into the First Amendment to Indenture with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as the trustee and collateral agent, and the Second Amendment to Warrant Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as the warrant agent.

The consent solicitation, which commenced on August 15, 2007, was originally scheduled to expire at 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on Thursday, September 13, 2007.


IdleAire Opens Two New Locations, Drivers Set New Monthly Usage Milestone
DALLAS, Texas - August 23, 2007 - IdleAire Technologies Corporation (IdleAire) announced today at the Great American Trucking Show (GATS) the opening of two new locations, the 125th and 126th in their network, and that drivers set a new usage record of the company's ATE Advanced Travel Center Electrification® system of 1.7 million hours for the month of July. IdleAire Opens Sites 123 & 124

KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE - November 14, 2006 -- IdleAire Technologies Corporation, provider of Advanced Truck Stop Electrification (ATE®) services for the long haul trucking industry, reported third quarter 2006 revenues of $4.7 million, a 133% increase over $2.0 million revenues in third quarter 2005. For the nine months ended September 30, 2006, revenues were $8.9 million, an 89% increase over revenues of $4.7 million for the first nine months of 2005. For the nine months ended September 30, 2006, the Company saved its fleet customers over 3.3 million gallons of diesel fuel and eliminated over 34,910 metric tons of air pollution emitted from idling diesel engines.

IdleAire has opened the first four of approximately 210 new locations planned by the end of first quarter 2007, has 10 more currently under construction and will open seven new locations in May. The company says it expects to be operating 50 locations by the end of June.
