Director, Operations/Maintenance

·       Manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies.

·       Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.

·       Provides direction and structure for operating units.

·       Responsible for overall management and performance of IdleAire facilities including staffing, maintenance, training, performance management, inventory control, business growth, profitability, public relations, customer satisfaction, host management relations, etc.

·       Devise, implement, and maintain a strategic plan for operations/maintenance Provide selling support, marketing and service to grow business

·       Develop strategies to train employees for sales and customer service, and maintenance objectives in a timely, cost effective manner

·       Monitor HR functions for all site personnel

·       Stay abreast of grant opportunities, assist with applications and outcomes

·       Develop goals and monitor results with regards to sales, maintenance uptime/parts utilization and fleet usage

·       Handle escalated customer service and support issues

·       Supervise repair depot personnel for quality and accountability

·       Develop strategies to monitor incoming cash flow and maintain field accountability

·       Provide onsite support through site visits and monitor onsite situations and issues

·       Perform objective site analysis, prepare site layouts

·       Lead construction, commissioning and/or decommissioning functions

·       Liaison between other departments for site support issues

·       Approves payroll and site incentive payouts

·       Interview/hire site personnel

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners. Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in an environment in which a wide degree of creativity and latitude is required of this position. Ability to perform both operations and maintenance functions if necessary.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in increasingly responsible management positions where strategic planning and developing goals are emphasized. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a business.

Manager, Operations/Maintenance

·       First line of communication for technical/operations assistance

·       Provide troubleshooting on daily issues and root cause analysis with site technicians for system, building and parking spaces

·       Monitor  performance and reliability

·       Monitor uptime and tracks preventative maintenance for HVACs and system

·       Assists with interviewing/hiring

·       Monitor system health checks, troubleshooting and processing

·       Develop training material and provides training for technicians for both new hires and seasoned employees

·       Report on parts used, spaces in maintenance

·       Maintain site inventory

·       Monitor safety practices and procedures and ensures compliance with OSHA required training

·       Provide specs and material information to vendors for price quotes; maintains inventory and orders as necessary

·       Has the ability to perform the operation/maintenance function at sites if necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

Administrative Support Specialist

·       Performs accounts receivable/payable functions

·       Tracks site deposits on a daily basis

·       Assists with customer support questions/issues during times Technical Support Analysts are unavailable

·       Performs payroll functions

·       Maintains employee files

·       Assists with grant applications

·       Captures carbon credits and assists with reporting

·       Orders supplies/maintains inventory

·       Establish/sweep/balance site bank accounts

·       Maintain lease agreements and lease payments

·       Provides sales support

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to learn a variety of tasks and wear many hats.   

Education/Experience:

5+ years of experience in increasingly responsible positions with demonstrated ability to acquire new skills. Accounting/bookkeeping background preferred.  Extensive experience with MS Office programs.

 

Repair Technician I

·       Troubleshoot, clean and repair service modules meeting quality and productivity standards

·       Perform the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.

·       Perform bench setups for AC, DC, digital, and RF tests.

·       Recognize failures and set-up problems and determine appropriate solutions.

·       Assist with shipping/receiving as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Excellent communication skills.  Ability to work in a team environment where quality and performance measures are closely monitored.  Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Education/Experience:

Associates Degree or equivalent technical education and 1 year of electronic technical experience preferred.  Familiar with MS Office programs. 

Repair Technician II

·       Perform all function of the Repair Technician I

·       Monitor quality and productivity providing daily coaching and feedback to first level Technicians

·       Repair service modules as needed

·       Document the repair function, prepare training material and train new employees as needed

·       Interview/hire new employees

·       Maintain stats on types of repairs and work closely with the maintenance function to continually improve the system

·       Provide technical support to site and customer service personnel as needed

·       Assist with shipping/receiving on a regular basis

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to work in a team environment where quality and performance measures are closely monitored.  Ability to effectively train new employees and provide feedback on performance.  Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Education/Experience:

Associates Degree or equivalent technical education and 3 years of electronic technical experience preferred.  Proficient  with MS Office programs. 

 

Technical Support Analyst I

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and answer customer questions via telephone, email, etc.
  • Perform basic help desk assistance to employees and customers
  • Use good decision making skills to craft responses and/or provide refunds to customers as needed
  • Track customer related data as required
  • Assist other functions as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to work in a team environment where quality and performance measures are closely monitored.  Ability to follow established guidelines to resolve midlevel technical issues while providing training to the customer/employee.

Education/Experience:

Associates Degree or equivalent technical education and 1+ years of technical call center experience preferred.  Proficient  with MS Office programs. 

 

Technical Support Analyst II

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and answer customer questions via telephone, email, etc.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and/or provide escalated support with technical issues

  • Assist customers/employees with software or hardware issues

Network and System Engineer

·       Design, implement and support computer systems and networks to ensure efficient functionality

·       Research, evaluate and recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, and software

·       Coordinate system development tasks to ensure hardware and software compatibility

·       Create and maintain technical documentation regarding system configurations

·       Support phone, voicemail, desktop, mobile computing devices, servers and printers/copiers

  • Monitor networks, enterprise wide email and remote access systems
  • Provide training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence
  • Maintain corporate LAN through file level security
  • Support a variety of systems including corporate financial and accounting system(s) for Windows, Mac, and Linux Desktops
  • Maintenance of software licenses and corporate software license compliance.
  • Advanced Windows Groups, Policies, Security and user management.
  • Strong Active Directory schema experience as well as management of complex forest and domains.
  • Strong understanding of design and effects of firewalls in a LAN environment.
  • Working knowledge of backup and recovery using Veritas software

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.  Utilizes troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve faults.  Works well in a changing environment and comfortable wearing many hats.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Education/Experience:

Prefer 5+ years of experience in Linux and Windows systems; networking (WAN, LAN, Security ); implementation and support of databases, applications, and web server design

 

Software Developer III

·       Maintain, support and document software functionality

·       Design, code and debug applications in various languages

·       Full cycle development, testing and quality assurance

·       Evaluate and identify new technology to integrate

·       Support business with software and computer systems as needed

·       Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

·       Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware and to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.

·       Develop new systems using Java, JSP, SQL, and XML technologies

·       Further domain-specific knowledge through implementation and expansion of core systems

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Knowledge of Java, SQL, JSP, Billing systems (Fleet card, Credit Card) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to solve complex problems linked to multiple systems.  Ability to develop system documentation, work in a team environment and train others as necessary.

 

Education/Experience:

Minimum five years experience in a related field, with demonstrated expert level competency in at least one problem domain.  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.

 

Director, Information Technology

  • Develops information technology strategic plans, policies, programs, and schedules for business data processing, computer services, network communications, and software development services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives.

·       Oversees the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.

·       Maintains the integrity and continual operation of corporate and system networks

·       Actively involved in the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages

·       Identifies risks and makes recommendations on how to resolve any potential or pending issues (technology, communication, process related etc.) as they arise

·       Provides hands-on support to resolve complex problems in a timely manner

·       Understands, maintains and retrieves information in database systems

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Proven ability as a technology leader in a management role responsible for technology teams in a complex ever changing environment.  Demonstrated successes implementing new processes and best practice approaches in a multi-disciplinary environment.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in increasing responsible management positions leading highly technical teams in charge of complex systems.  Proficient in MS Office programs; database management; networking; and software development platforms.
