Just want to let you know what a great value Idleaire is in this day of $3.50 plus fuel. Quite a bargain for the heat and cooling capabilities alone. Add in the TV and 120V outlets, and it is unbeatable!

Also want to let you know what a superb team you have in Albert Lea, MN. Snow, wind and below 0* temperatures did not stop them from checking on everyone. Top notch service. Might I suggest sending all crew members to that location for training?

Dear sir or madam

I would like to thank the two very caring employees at the Pilot IdleAire in Newnan, Georgia. On March 4 @ 14:30 I was very sick and was walking to the store when your employees asked me if I needed Medical help (EMS). They called EMS for medical transport and I ended up in the ER for 8 hours of treatment for severe flu and dehydration. I was very grateful for their actions for going above their job duties for caring and asking. That means a lot in this world today and I wanted to thank them and your company for having caring people.

“I want to thank IdleAire for helping me to pursue my dream. I drive for a fleet that pays for IdleAire basic services. I really enjoy the temperature-controlled comfort, the television and the quiet sleep, which took awhile to get used to because the truck wasn’t running. But now I can even sleep at home on weekends because I don’t need the noise of a truck to sleep. I started going to college on-line using IdleAire Ethernet connection, and one of your Site Reps even showed me how to do a PowerPoint presentation as one of my early assignments.
